When presented with the choice of selecting food good for maximum liver function, two basic things should be considered. First, your choice should be one that promotes the detoxification process. Second, it should be rich in antioxidant contents which aid liver protection.
Help your liver get in shape
A poor functioning liver results in many negative effects. Tiredness, bad breath, skin problems, jaundice just to mention a few are makers of an ill-functioning liver. These though can be avoided when a proper diet is maintained.
